  Have got to be the worst service of ever seen in my life being trying to ring there for two days is pretty funny it's a communication shop and I don't even answer their own phone I really would like to tell you what I think of them but I don't use actual language

  I recently got a new ph.. from the store and have been recieving emails that are not what i signed up for with telstra and have been trying to ring the store since 17th of May as my contract does not match up to the emails which i am getting sent from Telstra also i was told by the sign up person that i would have 12gb of data per month and it is showing 8gb only..not impressed with mt isa store are the on lunch 24/7?

  The Telstra shop techs helped upgrade my phone without any issues. Good to have the service in town!

  I have called 30 times different parts of the day on various days since the 17th of may..i will be speaking to a telecommunications Ombudsmen..

  Not very happy at all... I've been trying to phone them all morning and have had no one answer the phone. As I am working full time it is hard for me to leave the workplace to go into the store. I am phoning within the business hours so I don't understand why no one would be picking up.
